Taryn Crawford

Managing Director

Taryn joined L+M Fund Management in 2026 to lead capital formation. She is focused on capital raising strategies, institutional investor relationships, and fundraising initiatives. She leads the development of strategic partnerships with institutional investors and oversees the continued growth and evolution of the firm’s capital formation platform in support of L+M’s long-term investment objectives.

Prior to joining L+M Fund Management, Taryn was a Managing Director at American Landmark Apartments. There she helped establish and build the firm’s in-house capital formation platform. She played a critical role in developing the fundraising strategy, institutional investor relationships, and capital raising infrastructure that supported the firm’s growth. Prior to American Landmark, she was a Vice President at Mercury Capital Advisors, where she advised various investment managers on capital raising strategies and supported fundraising efforts across a range of investment products and institutional investor relationships. Taryn began her career at Goldman Sachs where she was a holistic financial planner for Fortune 500 executives.

Taryn is admitted to the NYS Bar Association and earned her J.D. from St. John’s University and B.A. from Manhattan University.
