Tom Sciotto

Construction Superintendent

As part of the Impact Construction Management Team, Tom Sciotto is responsible for the supervision and program management of construction projects for LMFM. Tom joined L+M in 2012, and he has previously held roles with L+M Builders Group working on preservation, fund management, and retail projects. Prior to his L+M tenure, Tom worked for Omni New York LLC where he oversaw multifamily rehabilitation projects. Tom was a small business owner with a portfolio of wealthy clients through Long Island on both residential-estate and commercial properties. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from St. Joseph’s College and is a licensed NYC Construction Superintendent.
