The Landings (formerly known as Roosevelt Landings) is a 1,003-unit mixed-income property located on Main Street in Manhattan’s Roosevelt Island. The property was originally constructed in 1978 and taken out of the Mitchell-Lama program in 2005. LMFM acquired the property in October 2019 as part of the Putnam Portfolio, a five-property, 2,769-unit multifamily portfolio located throughout Manhattan and preserved its long-term affordability. The Putnam Portfolio consists of The Crossing, The Heritage, The Landings, The Miles and The Parker.

The property was originally constructed in 1980 and taken out of the Mitchell-Lama program in 2005. Adam Hellegers is responsible for the supervision of the legal staff and is Corporate Secretary to L+M. Adam joined L+M in 2010, and he has previously held roles at L+M as Co-Director of Preservation Development, as well as several legal positions.
Prior to his L+M tenure, Adam worked within the real estate department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC), was an attorney at Michael, Levitt & Rubenstein LLC (captive firm of Related Companies), and began his career working with the New York City Parks Department and for Philadelphia City Councilwoman-at-large Happy Fernandez.
Adam holds a BA magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, where he received an academic award for urban and federal housing policy research. Adam participated in Coro Leadership NY XVII, is a NYC-Westchester Habitat for Humanity board member, Board of Trustees of Westchester Reform Temple executive committee member and Secretary, NYU Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy Advisory Board Member, and a former Chair and current board member of the Osborne Association. Adam is a former Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Housing and Urban Development Committee.
Alan is responsible for leading L+M’s national expansion efforts and growth strategy across new construction affordable development and Sena business lines. Prior to joining L+M, Alan led the Eastern half of the U.S. for the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group as a Vice President and IC member. Over his career, Alan has overseen the closings of more than $5 billion in real estate investments, including affordable housing, mixed-income multifamily, and other complex public‑private urban redevelopment projects.
Alan holds a Master in City Planning from MIT, where he led the first academic study of the federal Opportunity Zone program’s implications for commercial real estate prices, which was published in 2023 by Real Estate Economics. He also holds a B.A. from Yale University.
Allison joined LMFM in 2023 where she is responsible for the analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and transaction execution process for the purchase, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. Prior to joining LMFM, Allison worked in Multifamily Investment Sales as a Financial Analyst at Berkadia. She holds a B.B.A from The George Washington University School of Business.
Amanda joined L+M Fund Management in 2013 and focuses on overseeing investment strategy, portfolio growth, and transaction execution across the firm’s platform. She works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, structure investments, and guide assets through their full lifecycle in alignment with L+M’s double bottom line objectives. Prior to joining L+M, Amanda began her career in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division within the Commodity Finance Group. Amanda serves on Rebuilding Together’s She Builds committee, organizing community revitalization initiatives that support under-resourced women and their families. She holds a degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is based in New York City.
Andrew joined LMFM in 2025. His primary responsibilities include asset management and fund administration for LMFM’s Emerging Manager Preservation Fund. In this capacity, he supports joint venture partnerships, portfolio performance reporting, and ongoing asset management initiatives. Andrew also assists with broader fund strategy and portfolio management across LMFM’s fund platform.
Prior to joining LMFM, Andrew held roles in underwriting and asset management at Boston Capital. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies.
Ansel joined LMFM in 2024 and is responsible for overseeing the overall operational and financial performance of assets purchased by Sena Affordable Communities, LMFM’s national preservation platform. Before joining LMFM, he served as Senior Director on Nuveen Real Estate’s Impact Investing Asset Management Team, following Nuveen’s acquisition of Omni New York LLC’s assets in May 2023. Prior to the acquisition, Ansel was the Head of Asset Management at Omni New York LLC. Ansel holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College in New York City.
Anthony joined the LMFM Impact Construction Management Team in 2024. With over 40 years in the construction industry, he started as a carpenter apprentice and founded his first construction company. While leading a team of 12, he successfully completed numerous residential and commercial projects, expanded into new residential home building, including modular homes, and honed his marketing and sales skills.
In 2016, Anthony transitioned to high-rise construction in NYC, joining CMA as a Construction Superintendent where he managed contractors, site safety, and new construction projects, completing several residential buildings valued at $70 million.
Later, he worked with Foremost/DRG Construction on NYS GOSR (now HCR) projects, overseeing housing projects worth $10 million. Anthony holds various NYC Safety Certifications and earned a Construction Management Certification from Columbia University in 2022.
Ashley joined LMFM in 2024 and is responsible for overseeing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational controls. She began her accounting career as an Administrative Assistant at a boutique property management firm before joining SL Green Realty Corp, a leading real estate investment trust. With over a decade of experience in real estate accounting, she joined C+C Apartment Management LLC, a subsidiary of L+M Development Partners, in 2020. She holds a BA in Economics from CUNY Baruch College’s Weissman School of Arts and Sciences.
Carrie joined L+M Fund Management (LMFM) in 2016 to expand its business. Prior to joining LMFM, Carrie was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and the Chief Operating Officer of the Urban Investment Group (UIG). During Carrie’s time with the UIG, approximately $4 billion was committed to real estate investments, social impact bonds, and financing for small businesses. Carrie was also responsible for the oversight of the GS Social Impact Fund. Prior to her role as COO, Carrie led a variety of real estate and corporate transactions across all product types, including debt, equity and tax credits for UIG. Earlier in her career at Goldman Sachs, Carrie was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2000, Carrie worked in the Investment Banking Division of Banc of America Securities. Carrie serves on the board of Family and Children’s Services of Monmouth County, a social services agency, as well as the Rumson Country Day School. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
David Ash has over 40 years of construction experience working on a variety of residential mixed-use developments. As Director of Construction of the Impact Construction Management Team, he has senior management responsibility across multiple projects, supporting project teams to ensure projects are delivered timely, safely and on budget. David collaborates with the fund team to purchase and rehabilitate affordable housing properties.
David started his career as an apprentice bricklayer, and worked his way up through the ranks. He joined L+M in 2015 and has previously worked with L+M Builders Group on preservation, fund management, and retail projects. David holds a B.S. in Construction Management from SUNY Farmingdale and a certification in Site Safety Management from New York University.
Eben joined LMFM in 2010 to launch the fund business focused on acquiring affordable, workforce and mixed-income housing throughout the United States. Through its discretionary real estate private equity vehicles, LMFM manages and invests capital on behalf of institutional investors including financial institutions, foundations, endowments, and family offices. Prior to joining LMFM, Eben held acquisitions roles at affordable housing and investment firms in New York City. Eben began his career supporting the growth of new small public and charter schools structuring public-private real estate partnerships for the New York City Department of Education during the Bloomberg administration. Eben graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with honors from Wesleyan University and serves on the Board of Directors at Civic Builders.
Eli is responsible for acquisition and development for Sena Affordable Communities, LMFM’s national preservation platform. He joined Sena in 2023. He previously worked on the development team at CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development where he focused on the development of new construction LIHTC properties in California. He graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in History.
Jeffrey began his career with L+M in 2004 when he co-founded C+C Apartment Management, the property management affiliate of L+M. Currently, he leads Sena Affordable Communities, LMFM’s national preservation platform. Jeffrey has had a role in most of L+M’s preservation transactions, which includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of 10,000 apartments totaling over $2.8 billion in development cost. He has worked on the repositioning of tax credit properties, public housing developments, distressed Mitchell-Lama housing, and Section 8 buildings. Prior to founding C+C, Jeffrey established a successful track record as a private equity investor at The Carlyle Group and Paul Capital Partners. Previously, Jeffrey served as senior project manager for the Fruitvale BART Transit Village, a transit-oriented, mixed-use development in Oakland, CA. Jeffrey has a BA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Joseph joined LMFM in 2013. Joseph is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM. Prior to joining LMFM, Joseph worked with senior management at Rose Associates and CW Capital Asset Management to stabilize Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village following Tishman Speyer’s handoff of the property to its creditors. Joseph began his career as a consultant at Greenwich Associates providing strategic advice to leading U.S. investment management firms. Joseph earned a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Beloit College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.
Josue is responsible for preservation acquisitions and developments nationally for Sena Affordable Communities, LMFM’s national preservation platform. Josue began his career with L+M leading mixed-income, mixed-use development projects and acquisition efforts for over a decade. He has had a primary role on projects totaling over $650mm in development costs. Josue has been a key contributor in financing and executing complex transactions and engaging community stakeholders to successfully complete transformative projects. Josue was born and raised in the Bronx, has visited 45 countries, and serves as a board member of My Sisters’ Place. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Kevin joined LMFM in 2024. He focuses on all aspects of LMFM’s investment strategies, capital raising, and growth initiatives. Prior to joining LMFM, Kevin worked at Olive Tree Holdings, where he underwrote, structured, and executed both conventional and affordable multi-family acquisitions and dispositions across a 10,000+ unit portfolio with total capitalization of $1.5Bn. Prior to Olive Tree, Kevin worked at Morgan Stanley, where he advised public and private real estate companies on over $30B of mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity issuances, and structured capital raises. Kevin began his career at Charles River Associates, where he consulted for governments & corporations in investment arbitration matters, including several World Bank ICSID proceedings. Kevin earned his BA (International Studies and Economics) from Boston College and his MBA (Finance and Real Estate) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Lisa White is part of the Impact Construction Management Team that oversees a $75+ million-dollar portfolio. Her responsibilities include construction coordination, supervision of contractors, and managerial administrative duties i.e., preparing bid documents, RFI submission, permitting/TCO, safety compliance, requisition and invoice review. Lisa started with L+M Builders Group in 2018 as a summer intern and worked her way up to her current role as Engineer, officially joining the LMFM team in 2024.
She graduated from New York City College of Technology with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Construction Management. Prior to her tenure in the construction industry, Lisa worked in healthcare and holds a license as a Registered Nurse, specializing in Women’s Health (Obstetrics and Gynecology).
Mandy works for Sena Affordable Communities, LMFM’s national preservation platform. She previously worked on the new construction team at the Related Companies, at Coach New York, where she focused on retail real estate strategy, and at J.P. Morgan, where she worked in the Financial Institutions Group investment banking team. She received a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Michelle is the Development Project Accounting Manager of Sena Affordable Communities, an LMFM affiliate, and brings a decade of experience in development accounting. She began her career at Soho House New York, where she supported the development of boutique hotel properties. In 2017, she transitioned into construction and development accounting, and by 2019, she joined the development team at Jonathan Rose Companies, where she focused on owner‑representative projects and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) developments. Since then, she has continued to work on a variety of affordable housing and community-driven projects. Michelle holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Music from Hunter College.
Since joining LMFM in 2025, Monica has overseen the financial and operational performance of portfolio assets. Previously, she worked in building technology consulting at Simpson, Gumpertz & Heger, contributing to large-scale projects including the new Delta Terminal at LaGuardia Airport. She also has prior experience managing power plant capital projects. Monica holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Cooper Union.
Peter joined LMFM in 2019. Peter is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM, as well as the analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and transaction execution process for the acquisition, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. Prior to joining LMFM, Peter was the Vice President of Acquisition and Asset Management at Global One Investments, LLC where he oversaw the acquisition, financing, repositioning, operations and recapitalization of New York City multifamily assets valued at over $600 million. Peter began his career at Silvercup Associates LLC, where he oversaw a mixed-use portfolio with a market value of $300 million and underwrote mixed use development projects worth over $1 billion. Peter holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Ron Moelis is a Partner and co-founder of L+M Development Partners and its affiliated companies. Recognized as leaders in developing affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate housing, L+M takes pride in its long-standing partnership with the communities it serves, demonstrated through its workforce development programs and substantial support for local nonprofits.
Mr. Moelis is a founding member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing, a nonprofit organization that advances affordable housing policy agenda. He serves as co-chairperson of Building Skills NY, chairperson of NY Housing Partnership, and is on the Board of Trustees for Montefiore Health Systems. In addition, he is a member of the National Advisory Board at the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he holds both a B.A. in history and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School and a J.D. from New York University.
Sam joined LMFM in 2024 where he is responsible for fund strategy and portfolio management, as well as the transaction execution process for the purchase, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. Prior to joining LMFM, Sam worked as an investment associate at Olive Tree Holdings. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.B.A. in Real Estate/Urban Land Economics and Marketing.
Seble joined LMFM in 2021. Seble oversees LMFM’s Emerging Manager Preservation Fund, an impact investment fund focused on expanding capital access to diverse investment managers making targeted investments in affordable housing. Seble manages the fund’s joint venture partnerships and provides support on acquisitions, asset management, and fund administration.
Prior to joining LMFM, Seble was Managing Director at the Vanbarton Group, where she was involved in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management of primarily value-add retail, multi-family, and industrial assets. Prior to Vanbarton, Seble was the Director of Economic Development at IMPACCT, a non-profit affordable housing developer and community development organization. Seble received her B.A. with honors from American University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where she was a Toigo Finance Fellow.
Sherry joined LMFM in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM. Prior to joining LMFM, Sherry worked with the CEO of DB Capital Management to renovate and stabilize a portfolio of workforce housing in the Southwest. Sherry has been associated with Crescent Real Estate and Fairfield Residential as an Asset Manager to oversee national portfolios of multi-family properties of all classes in addition to mixed use developments. Sherry earned a B.S. in Finance from Texas A&M university, holds a Texas Real Estate licenses, and is a certified Property Inspector from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Shuyi joined LMFM in 2024. She is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM. Prior to joining LMFM, Shuyi worked at Hehui Capital Management as an investment analyst focusing on multifamily. Shuyi holds an M.S. in Management from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Sophie joined LMFM in 2022. Sophie is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM. Prior to joining LMFM, Sophie was a Real Estate Asset Management Associate at Blackstone and an Analyst at JLL. Sophie holds a B.B.A. from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Tim joined LMFM in 2018. Tim is responsible for the analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and transaction execution process for the purchase, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. Prior to joining LMFM, Tim was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Wells Fargo. Mr. Corcoran holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance, Cum Laude, from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
As part of the Impact Construction Management Team, Tom Sciotto is responsible for the supervision and program management of construction projects for LMFM. Tom joined L+M in 2012, and he has previously held roles with L+M Builders Group working on preservation, fund management, and retail projects. Prior to his L+M tenure, Tom worked for Omni New York LLC where he oversaw multifamily rehabilitation projects. He was a small business owner with a portfolio of wealthy clients through Long Island on both residential-estate and commercial properties. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from St. Joseph’s College and is a licensed NYC Construction Superintendent.
VeNita joined LMFM in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of assets acquired by Sena Affordable Communities, LMFM’s national preservation platform. Prior to LMFM, she served as an Associate on Nuveen Real Estate’s Impact Investing Asset Management team and as a Senior Asset Manager at Omni New York LLC. VeNita holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Clarke University.
