The Crossing (formerly known as River Crossing) is a 761-unit mixed-income property located in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood. The property was originally constructed in 1980 and taken out of the Mitchell-Lama program in 2005. LMFM acquired the property as part of the Putnam Portfolio, a five-property, 2,769-unit multifamily portfolio located throughout Manhattan and preserved its long-term affordability.  The Putnam Portfolio consists of The Crossing, The Heritage, The Landings, The Miles and The Parker.
