LMFM is Committed to a Holistic Impact Strategy that Embraces Sustainability and Social Responsibility

To fulfill our mission, we pursue the following social impact strategies: 

• Leverage various sources of government subsidies to extend the affordability periods for at-risk properties and income-restricted market rate housing that is currently exempt from regulation. We also combat the affordability crisis by serving the homeless population through investments in transitional and supportive housing.
• Improve our residents’ health and living standards by modernizing and renovating apartments units and common areas. If possible, we will also enhance the building amenities by adding gyms, co-working rooms, and new landscaping. 
• Provide various social impact programs to affordable residents and their families, including after-school programming, educational training, affordable internet service, and credit-building programs. The recent pandemic highlighted how vital affordable and good-quality housing is to the well-being of our residents, so we actively engage tenant associations to offer the most needed resident services.
